Former special counsel Jack Smith will testify publicly later this month before the GOP-led House Judiciary Committee, Chairman Jim Jordan announced late Monday. Smith will testify on Jan. 22 at 10 a.m., according to Jordan -- a month after his closed-door testimony before the committee.
