The collision involved two vehicles at the intersection of Northgate and Del Paso boulevards on the American River Parkway.

A Grafton, Massachusetts school bus driver was arrested and charged with kidnapping after allegedly making unauthorized stops with students and tampering with the cameras.

There were approximately 20 students on the bus, and several had minor injuries, Willis said.
