About 350 protesters marched through downtown Denver in solidarity with Renee Good, who was fatally shot by ICE in Minneapolis.

According to posts on Reddit and social media, anti-ICE protesters plan to rally January 9 at the Colorado State Capitol’s west steps and lawn, located at the intersection of Lincoln and Colfax Avenues. Immigration activist (and recent ICE detainee) Jeanette Vizguerra will participate and speak at the gathering, according to organizers.
Protesters are set to gather along Center and Summer streets in Salem to protest U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Trump administration
The event is scheduled to begin at 7 and follows Renee Good's death in Minneapolis. Organizers hope the demonstration will spark a larger conversation about federal authority and use of force.
